Supernatural Evangelism 3

We have being unlocking the secrets behind the supernatural in the Acts of the Apostles, and the first two keys are Holy Ghost baptism and Unity. The Apostles had great miracles in their ministries because of these secrets. they were not just baptized in the Holy Ghost, they also stayed United. However, there was a third key to the supernatural in their ministries, and this is:

3) The Word of God.

So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. 

The supernatural in the book of Acts happened in confirmation of the word. If they had not gone forth, the signs would not have followed. They obeyed the Lord's
commandment which was to preach(Mar. 16:15), and as they went preaching The Lord confirmed the Word with signs following. What the Lord will confirm is the Word, the message of the Cross, the Gospel, not our own theology or self help motivation. This explains why the greatest miracle is often found in evangelistic meetings rather than church meetings.

I remember when we had a meeting in Oyo town in the year 2000, there was a boy who was two year old at that time. This boy had never stood upright or walked since he was born, suddenly in that meeting, he began to walk. There was also a woman in the same meeting who had elephantiasis, but while the meeting was on, she got healed and started walking. Halleluyah! These are signs that accompany the word, healing, deliverance, protection,e.t.c.these signs can only follow the Word.

God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

When the revelation knowledge of God's word is preached and taught, God will always back it up with signs and wonders following. The word as the Apostles preached it is the Mystery of godliness according to
1Tim3:16KJV

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

The message start with the fact that divinity was made manifest in humanity that humanity may regain dominion of the earth. It is how God was made manifest in the flesh, as Jesus the son of God became the son of man that sons of men may become the sons of God. For man to be saved he must believe in the humanity and divinity of Jesus.

Part of the message is the justification in the spirit that the Lord Jesus received. Can God be justified? who shall justify the Lord? God can not be justified for it's only a sinner that needs justification and no one can justify the Lord except the Lord himself. But the scripture tells us that God was justified, yes he was, because Jesus took our sins on the cross, he represented us and obtain all punishment due unto us, we were justified in him.

A justified man can never be prosecuted again for the same offense for which he was first condemned. If a prisoner is to serve his term for 25 years and the door of his prison opens after two years, once he is taken out of that prison, the term has expired even though he did not serve all the years due. Like the prison door, the grave was opened on the third day and our Lord rose again, He was justified in the spirit and we were justified by this, there is no condemnation what soever that can stand against us, for he obtain this for us, it is a gift of righteousness for us. Halleluyah. I'm as justified as Jesus, Jesus is my justification.

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. 

The message also entails the witness of angels, how that angels saw the substitution. They looked into it, they were part of the work but it was not for them, it is for the sons of Men to enjoy.the fact that Jesus was preached to the gentiles, believed on in the world and received up into glory is part of the message. This is the word that the Lord will confirm.

When we preach the Lord's kingdom and his reign, we will experience the outbreak of the miraculous. Taking the earth for Him is a spiritual takeover, it is achieved by sowing the seeds of His word in people's heart and one after the other, men will come to repentance.

Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
It is in preaching the word that the sick can receive faith for healing and the sinner repent of his sins. Like Philip (Acts 8:35), he preached from Isaiah 53:4-5 which the Ethiopian Eunuch had read. Let's preach the substitution work of Jesus

If we will return to preach the undiluted Gospel truth in spite of our situations and persecutions, we will see the Lord confirm the Word like He did with the apostles, and great signs shall accompany out testimony of Jesus. the message we are called to preach is the Word of Faith. When we teach people, they receive it, believe it and act upon it, and the Lord will confirm it, seal it with signs following.
