Supernatural Evangelism 2

1Cor. 2:1-2KJV
And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring
unto you the testimony of God.
For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
Eph.4:3KJV
Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Having established that the most effective form of evangelism is that done with absolute dependence on the Holy Ghost and the number one key to unlocking the supernatural evangelism is Holy Ghost baptism, it is important for us to know other keys to supernatural evangelism.
Keys to supernatural evangelism
2) One of the things that unlocked tremendous power among the apostles is unity, being in one accord. Staying united is very important in preaching the gospel of our Lord, for it is a common faith that we share and we need our communion (fellowship) with the lord and other
believers. Like Apostle Paul wrote in Eph4:3, we sure need to endeavour to keep the unity of the Spirit, we need to preserve the oneness of the Spirit, we need to stay together that we may win together.
For to be divided is to open the door for defeat, because a house divided against itself cannot stand, and just like the popular saying ' united we stand, divided we fall', we need to stay united that we may be able to stand, and not just to stand, but also win others to the Lord. Therefore, to stay united will take a conscious effort on our part.
Going through the Scriptures, we will see that keeping the unity was not much of an easy thing to do, but knowing the impact it has on the message, the Apostles did all they could to stay together in spite of all persecutions, trials and afflictions that arose. We also need to stay united as much as the Apostles did.

There are several reasons why it is not easy to keep unity, some of which are:
1) Our differences.
We need to understand that we all are not the same, we are different. If our color does not differ, our language may differ, our individual make up is different and every man is unique in his own way. And because of our differences, our opinion also differ. knowing we are different, we need to be able to cope with and entertain other people's opinion, because when we fail to do this, conflict may arise and unity will be strained.
2) Lack of Understanding of Individual's calling.
We all are not called into the same office, every man has his place in ministry, and we need one another for a successful work. If we have a proper understanding of authority, we will know that every one is an authority in his place of calling.
1Cor. 3:6KJV
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
For successful operation in our offices, we are equipped with needed gifts by the Holy Spirit, and this is so that we all may work together in perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry for the building up of the body of Christ, so every man's office is needed, no office is superior or inferior.
If a man operate in a place outside of his territory, it is an illegitimate work, let every man so magnify his office that he does not go out of that which the Lord has called him to do.
3) Pride
Prov. 13:10KJV
Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
Pride is another reason for division, it is when an individual feels that he knows better than others. This is not supposed to be so amongst believers for is will bring about contention, rather we are advised to be humble and honor others.
Phil 2:2-4KJV
Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
We need to learn to respect other people, we should not be self absorbed, but celebrate other people for every man is born with gifts, grace and talents. Let us not be fixated on the weakness of other people for this can make one arrogant, but rather we should look on the strength of others.
Like the psalmist wrote.
Psa 133:1-3KJV
A Song of degrees of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
In staying united, submission is a vital key. We must be able to submit to one another according to Eph. 5:21KJV
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
Submission is an attitude of readiness to give in to other people, this in it self is one part of submission, while the other part of submission is submitting to authority. There is always a first among equals, there is protocol even in the God-head, there is order in trinity. Even if we are all called, there is a place for every man, we should be able to respect every man's office and submit to authority.

Let us endeavour to keep the unity of the spirit, we should do all we can to stay united that the gospel of our Lord may be effective. When we stay united, we unlock the door for the supernatural.
